They're more concerned with signing KKKlemens than doing right be Bernie.
The only thing that really bugs me is that I'm afraid they will treat Bernie like some sort of useless appendage; cutting him won't really matter, in their minds. Like when their eyes went wide for RhoidBoy, and treated Tino like a complete piece of shit.

If Bernie wasn't there last year, when Matsui and Sheff went down, they would have been hosed. God bless Melki, and I like Abreu, but if Bernie hadn't shown his loyalty, by signing that dirt cheap contract when he could have earned far more coin somewhere else, the Yanks would have been fucked.
